One of Diddy’s accusers, through her attorney, has alleged that a ‘high-profile person’ was present during ‘pornographic’ acts at the music mogul’s Atlanta home.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 54, who was recently denied bail by a judge, was indicted earlier this month in New York City on charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the lawyer representing one of Diddy’s accusers, appeared on Friday’s episode of Banfield on NewsNation. During the interview, she stated that someone had contacted her regarding the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes.” She further alleged that the individual involved was ‘more high-profile’ but did not disclose the name of the person who allegedly appeared in the tape.
“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video,” Mitchell-Kidd claimed, adding, “I can tell the video was pornographic.”
She continued, “This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t aware they’re being videotaped,” referring to the unidentified individual seen in the footage.
While discussing her client, who was allegedly assaulted by Combs in 2018, Mitchell-Kidd revealed that her client had filed a police report after reportedly escaping the incident. She recounted, “She reached out to me a few weeks ago, told me about her assault and her escape… She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”
Mitchell-Kidd described how her client became woozy after being served a drink and was then allegedly sexually assaulted by Combs with an inanimate object. “He directed another man to assault her while he watched and pleasured himself,” she said. The client eventually managed to escape and was seen fleeing the scene by a neighbor.
These new revelations come shortly after Diddy’s accusers heard a statement from Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, indicating that the rapper has no intention of accepting a plea deal. Agnifilo told TMZ that Combs insists on his innocence and is determined to fight the charges all the way to trial, claiming the case is part of a “racially motivated prosecution” because he is a “successful Black man.”
Combs has expressed his eagerness to testify in court, with his lawyer adding, “I don’t know that I could keep him off the stand… he is very eager to tell his story.” Combs reportedly plans to fight not only for himself but for others in similar situations facing government persecution.
Diddy’s accusers continue to share their experiences, while Combs stands firm in his belief that he is being unfairly targeted. His legal team remains resolute as the case progresses.
