An explicit video of Diddy and a well-known A-list celebrity is reportedly being “shopped around” Hollywood, according to Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney representing one of the music mogul’s latest accusers.
The video of Diddy allegedly shows him with a “more high-profile” individual, who appears unaware they are being filmed. Mitchell-Kidd revealed this information during an interview with News Nation’s Laura Ingle but refrained from naming the celebrity involved.
“There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around, but one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video of Diddy,” Mitchell-Kidd alleged.
“I can tell the video was pornographic. This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem like the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped,” the attorney said when describing the content.
Mitchell-Kidd also discussed her client’s case, who claims she was raped by Combs in 2018 and is preparing to file a lawsuit this week. The victim, who has not been publicly identified, reportedly filed a police report following the incident.
“She reached out to me a few weeks ago. She called me and told me about her assault and her escape. She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house,” Mitchell-Kidd explained.
Her client later discovered that Combs was allegedly planning on sex-trafficking her that night, according to the attorney.
“It led to her being served a drink. She started to feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object… And then directed another gentleman to sexually assault her while he watched and pleasured himself,” she claimed.
The alleged victim was able to escape to the street, an event witnessed by a neighbor, the lawyer added. Combs, 54, was indicted in September on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for prostitution purposes. He has been accused of using drugs to “keep the victims obedient and compliant” during his notorious “Freak Offs,” violent sex sessions that sometimes lasted for days, according to the federal complaint.
Combs’ employees were reportedly involved in organizing travel for participants, who were put up in hotels where the “Freak Offs” occurred. These serious federal charges followed a series of civil lawsuits accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault and abuse.
Currently being held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, Combs has pleaded not guilty to all the charges. On Monday, he filed a notice of his intent to appeal the judge’s decision to deny him bail.
