Burna Boy has been nominated for the Best International Male artiste at the forthcoming BRIT Awards.
Burna Boy made a lot of waves in the UK as he mad major collaborations with artsites like Dave, Mahalia, Jorja Smith (twice), Wretch 32 and Stormzy. All songs charted within the top 10 of the Official UK Singles chart and his collaboration ‘Own It,’ with Stormzy and Ed Sheeran hit the number one spot on the chart giving him his first #1 on the UK.
The Grammy-nominated singer was nominated alongside American artistes like Bruce Springsteen, Dermot Kennedy, Tyler The Creator and Post Malone. The 40th edition of the BRIT Awards 2020 is scheduled to hold on the 18th of February 2020 and the nominations are led by British rapper of Nigerian descent, Dave and singer, Lewis Capaldi.
