Izzak Theo Adu, son to Brtish Nigerian singer, Sadu Adu has completely transitioned from a female to a man.
Sadu Adu’s son born a girl on the 21st of July, 1996 struggled with his identity as a girl while growing up. The young woman then decided to go through the extremely painful process of transitioning from a female to a male and occasionally shared the emotionally taxing journey on social media.
However, it appears the transition is complete as he took to his Instagram page to praise his mother, Sade for standing by him when things were rough. He shared a picture of himself hugging his mom after undergoing phalloplasty which is a plastic surgery to put in a penis.
He wrote It`s been a long hard road but We did it!! We are coming home!!!! Thank you for staying by my side these past 6 months Mumma. Thank you for fighting with me to complete the man I am.
