Dr. Sid has followed in the footsteps of his Mavin boss; Don Jazzy as he celebrates one year of staying away from smoking.
You all would remember we brought you news more than three weeks ago about Don Jazzy celebrating one year of not taking to sticks. Going in that direction, his protege and Surulere singer, Dr. Sid has now celebrated his own one year anniversary of staying away from smoking. The singer just like Don Jazzy did, has taken to Twitter to do the celebration, revealing in detail the exact time he has stayed away from smoking.
Dr. Sid also revealed he was actually inspired and encouraged by Don Baba to quit smoking after he himself did the same thing.
He wrote; So about a year ago Don Jazzy motivated me to quit smoking about 2 weeks after he did. It`s been very tough journey but I`m happy to share this milestone of 1 year smokefree with you all. The hard work continues.
