Nigerian Men`s National Basketball Team, D’Tigers pays homage once again to the late music legend, Sound Sultan.
Recall yesterday July 13, The Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) paid a glowing tribute to Sound Sultan after Nigeria`s men`s national basketball team, D`Tigers thrashed Argentina on Monday.
This new honour is coming in after the NBBF’s Twitter. In the new homage paid to Sound Sultan, the NBBF customised a shirt for their game against Australia.
The new game, D’Tigers basketball match against Australia took place in the early hours of today (1:30 AM), July 14, 2021. While going into the Arena, the players wore their customised shirts with print of Sound Sultan face to pay tribute. (See below)
The teams also observed a moment of silent before their game to Honour the music legend and lover of Basketball.
