Duncan Mighty has expressed his readiness to refund the money he was paid publicly by Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha to help record a song with a young man in the state.

Apparently, Governor Rochas paid Duncan Mighty some amount of money publicly to record a song with a young artiste which didn’t go down well with some people. After allegedly getting death threats as a result, Duncan Mighty has now penned a public letter to the governor, expressing his desire to return the money in order to save his image and pedigree.

He took to his social media pages to release publicly the statement. He wrote; Your Excellency, Owelle Rochas Okorocha, compliments of the season. I am writing to inform you that my life is being threatened because of the money you paid to me to record a song with one of your boys.

After i recorded the song prior to doing a video. I have been invited by the police, and several threats have been issued to my life. Please i want to return the money to you to avoid embarassment to my person. Thank you, Duncan Mighty.
