Nigerian entertainer, lawyer, and actor, Folarin Falana, widely known as Falz The Bad Guy has revealed to Nigerians, the importance of drinking lots of water.
Usually, people jest about drinking water and minding ones; business, which simultaneously helps glow the skin, but this time, Falz speaks on the health benefits of drinking a lot of water, adding that it keeps the body system healthy and rid of toxic substances in the body system.
In his post, he advised people to drink at least 3 liters of water a day and thank him afterward. Also, Falz says his house is open to anyone who tries this and does not work for them.
Taking to Twitter, he wrote, You might think it sounds cliché to say drinking a lot of water keeps you healthy, but no for real, drink at least 3 liters a day. If your body doesn`t show you the difference, come find me for house.
