Sensational singer, Femi Kuti has expressed his disappointment in the Nigerian senate and presidency for failing to take swift action over the police brutality protests in the country.
Taking to his Twitter page Femi wrote how about how the Nigerian senate or presidency has had no emergency meeting over the recent #EndSARS protests in the country. According to him, such an important issue that sees the pain of the youths and massed being harassed by SARS operatives seems to be of no relevance to the government.
He wrote: Shocking there`s no emergency meeting in senate nor the presidency . Such an important serious issue, βΛthe pain of the youths/masses majority of the people of our beloved country` police brutality, SARS killings/unnecessary harassment of our people. #
