DMW boss; Davido, at midnight on Wednesday took to his social media pages to reveal that his intended Lagos concert show at the Eko Atlantic was not approved. The Superstar whom many have been waiting on in order to have him announce a date for a December concert in Lagos in a fiery but painful post revealed that the Eko Atlantic venue that he proposed for his Lagos December concert was not approved as a result of his political alliance with a certain group of people.
The singer, however, said the disapproval of the venue will not stop his show from going ahead as he promises to announce a venue in due time. He also revealed that the intended show is slated for the 27th of December, 2018, same date he did his highly successful 30BG concert last year. He also made known that this year`s concert will be tagged “City Of David Concert.”
This will definitely come as a blow to the OBO fans who have been anticipating the announcement of a Lagos concert from the Superstar. We hope we get a venue announcement soon as we cannot wait to rock the 27th of next month with the OBO.
