A Magistrate Court sitting in the Yaba, Lagos State on Wednesday afternoon, October 4, remanded Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite, Balogun Eletu, alias Sam Larry, to police Custody.
The Lagos State Police Command had requested that Naira Marley and the other suspects be remanded for 30 days pending the completion of their investigation into the controversial d£ath of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba better known as Mohbad.
However, Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun ruled that Nair Marley, Sam Larry and the others be remanded for just 21 days.
It would be recalled that Mohbad di£d on September 12, 2023, just two days after he performed at a show in Lagos.
