Nigerian singer, Teni has come under fire for allegedly disrespecting President Buhari at “Member of the Order of the Niger Award Ceremony yesterday.
For those who weren`t aware, Teni and Burna Boy were conferred National Honors for their contribution to society yesterday. Whilst Burna`s father received his with a big smile on his face, Teni casually walked and collected hers.
This is didn`t sit well with some Nigerians who felt Teni should have knelt down to greet the President. They ran to Twitter to drag her and her parents for not raising her well. See some of the tweets below;
