The management company; Upfront and Personal Global Management Consultants (UPGMC) owned by music business mogul; Paul Okoye popularly known as Oga PaulO, have published a press release to debunk the allegations put towards their CEO by Kenyan singer; Victoria Kimani, that Tiwa Savage tells him not to allow any other female artistes to perform at a concert she will be performing at.
The press statement comes just a day after Victoria Kimani, who has been calling out Tiwa Savage for the past few days commented on a post by Oga Paul O on Instagram, giving accolades to Tiwa Savage for her hardwork and continuous achievement. She blasted the business mogul and accused him of being the one who told her Tiwa blocks them from getting deals in the music business.
However; after the claims of the Kenyan singer, management company owned by Oga Paul O have resulted in making a press release to deny such allegations leveled against their owner.
“Our attention has been brought to claims being made by certain individuals alleging that the management of Upfront and Personal Global Management Consultants Limited (UPGMC) are usually pressurized by the renowned artiste Tiwa savage to be the only female Afrobeats artiste to perform at our event, One Africa Music Fest.
Particularly, allegations have been made against our CEO, PaulO by certain female artiste regarding Tiwa Savage.
We wish to categorically state that the above allegations are false and baseless. We therefore deny each and every false allegation made by anyone against UPGMC and/or our CEO.
UPGMC /our CEO support good music and have given (and still give) other female Afrobeats artistes in Africa chances to perform at our events. UPGMC, organisers of One Africa Music Fest therefore disassociate itself from the unfounded rumours. We will continue to support the music industry and the artistes, especially females,” published by the management.
