A Californian woman, Jane Doe is suing Snoop Dog and a socialite over an alleged sexual assault that happened in 2013.
The anonymous woman an actor, model, and dancer said that after attending a Snoop Dogg concert on 29th of May 2013, the rapper`s associate Bishop Don “Magic” Juan offered her a ride home, but she fell asleep in the car and was taken to his home against her will.
The following morning, Juan allegedly removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis into her mouth.
The next day, Juan allegedly took the woman to Snoop Dogg`s studio to see if he would hire her for a role on a television show. According to the lawsuit, the rapper cornered her as she was using the toilet, forced her into oral sex, and then proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on her upper chest and lower neck.
The lawsuit also stated that she did not get the television job because she “refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex”.
Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus, was previously sued by makeup artist Kylie Bell, who alleged the rapper and members of his entourage sexually assaulted her in 2003.
Shortly before filing her complaint, Bell was sued by Snoop for extortion. Bell later dropped her lawsuit, explaining in a statement that the matter has been resolved amicably.
