Daniel Hernandez, the Brooklyn rapper known as Tekashi 6ix9ine, was arrested on the 18th of November, 2018 in New York on federal crime charges.
Other people arrested were 6ix9ine`s ex-manager Shottie, real name Kifano Jordan, and their associates Faheem Walter (aka Crippy), Jensel Butler (aka Ish), Jamel Jones (aka Mel Murda), and Fuguan Lovick (aka Fu Banga).
They are all facing racketeering and firearms charges. 6ix9ine has since been in federal custody. 6ix9ine and the other defendants “participated in the operation and management of” the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods, according to Pitchfork.
The formal charge accuses gang members of murder, robbery, assault, the sale of drugs, and more. Two of the charges if found guilty will have Tekashi face a maximum of life imprisonment.
And there are even new reports that 6ix9ine has been denied bail by a U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He recommended that he be held “because there are no set of bail conditions that will reasonably assure his appearance as required or the safety of the community.”
6ix9ine and three other associates are accused of robbing unknown rivals of the gang at gunpoint on April 3. The formal charges also points towards a July 16 shooting incident in Brooklyn. He and others are accused of coming to a consensus “to shoot an individual who had shown disrespect to members of Nine Trey, and as a result of this agreement an innocent bystander was shot.”
The U.S. Attorney`s office with the NYPD, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and Homeland Security Investigations conducted the investigation that led to the arrest of Tekashi and his associates. Tekashi is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
Meanwhile there were reports in the early hours of today that 6ix9ine’s rumoured father; 50Cent has turned his back on him, telling him; call yo mama.
