Starboy Wizkid released his first single; ”Fever” earlier today, 1st of October, 2018 as promised and since the release fans on social media have been reacting both in negative and positive ways.
The King of Afrobeat who kept fans and music lovers in suspense and anticipation when he informed them that something great (Gbedu) will be dropping on the 1st of October to celebrate the Independence Day has failed barely 24 hours in the ears of some fans due to the fact that the Fever record he dropped hasn`t met their expectations.
Expressing their disappointments, some fans believe Wizkid has kept them in suspense for no reason as what he delivered, in the words of a fan, was what should be expected from an upcoming artiste, as it was mediocre and not supposed to be from an artiste that is being regarded as one of the best in Africa. Master Groove is still preferred to Fever from their own take.
Apparently, it looks like the Fever song is a scam and Nursery gbedu to some fans as he serves a sour stew/gbedu while others received the record as a ‘bomb’ fire!.
