Teniola Apata, popularly known by her stage name “Teni”, recently took a visit to the United States and decided to go to a luxury jewelry store to buy a gold crested time piece.
On being informed of the price, Teni was shocked to hear that it was $29,500 (N183, 584,000). She was certain that the jewelry store attendant was talking about $2,900 until he further emphasised on Twenty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars.
At this point, the Billionaire singer immediately told the store attendant to take back the wristwatch that she was no longer interested in buying.
