Favorite Afrobeats Artist… Who will bring home the award???
Nigerian singers, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Ckay, Tems and Fireboy DML have all been nominated for the Favorite Afrobeats Artist at the 2022 AMAs.
The American Music Awards committee announced their nominees on the 13th of October. It was a good thing to see that 5 A-list artists from are all competing for the award. This has motivated Wizkid FC to drag other fanbases while urging for People to vote for Wizkid.
Wizkid`s 2020-2021 hit song, “Essence” was also nominated for Favorite R&B Song At The 2022 #AMAs. Tems received the highest number of nominations at American Music Awards 2022 for an Afrobeats artiste. She bagged ‘Collaboration of The Year’, ‘Favorite Afrobeats Artist’, ‘Favorite R&B Song’ and ‘Favorite Hip-Hop Song’.
