Wizkid and Afro Nation (US) have come under fire after Wizkid failed to show up at the scheduled time for his performance.
Recall that Wizkid, Patoranking, Megan The Stallion, Shesee, King Promise, And Patrice Roberts were scheduled to perform on the last day of the 3 days music festival.
However, things took a different turn when Wizkid didn’t show on time and the other artist had to delay their performances a bit to buy him time. AfroNation US took to their official IG page to apologize for Wizkid being late. According to them, Wizkid was unable to board his scheduled flight and they have extended the closing hours to enable their headliner perform. They shared a video of Wizkid in a Private Jet apologizing to fans.
The video didn’t appeal to show attenders who wasted no time dragging Afro Nation and demanding to know if Wizkid is really going to make it the show. They also dragged Afro Nation for deceiving them by replacing Burna Boy with Rick Ross at the last minute and also using A-list artist to falsely advertise the show.
