Wizkid is trending and the Rap Industry is trending alongside him. For 48 hours, Nigerian rappers have been calling out Wizkid over his ‘Rap is Dead’ Comment.
Wizkid FC is also attacking rappers who demand that Wizkid apologize. Wizkid’s friend and UK presenter, Adesope Olajide decided to clear Wizkid’s name by explaining what Wizkid meant in the interview.
According to him, Wizkid did not mean African rap or rappers. He claims Wizkid was trying to highlight the growth of African music, but rappers are responding to it wrongly.
This explanation did not sit well with Peruzzi who immediately said Adesope was Capping (lying). Peruzzi also threw shade at Adesope for trying to cover up for Wizkid when Wizkid was the person who made the mistake.
As expected, Wizkid FC wasted no time in dragging Peruzzi.
