Nigerian singer and songwriter Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid, is making waves on social media as he reportedly splashed millions of naira on multiple Rolex wristwatches for his team.
This was made known in a video uploaded on social media by @OlamideOfficial, an X user.
In the said video, the hand of a person unboxing multiple Rolex wristwatches was revealed, but the singer’s face wasn’t shown in the video.
Meanwhile, the caption of the video which reads: “only one Wizkid” made it clear the supposed wristwatches were purchased by the singer, while the caption of the post claimed the said watches were purchased by the singer for his teammates.
However, concerned individuals have stormed the comment page of the post to share their thoughts in reaction to the expensive purchase.
