Over the weekend, Squeeze Tarela headlined his first show off his intimate concert series tagged Squeeze Tarela Live, at Tilt Terrace in Lekki Phase 1 , Lagos. The uber talented act was in good company as the likes of Teni, Wilfresh, Okiemute, Spyro, Soti, Brainee, Doray, Pasha, Ledo, Dunnie, Oberz, Omini, to name a few, also took the stage to thrill guests with mind blowing performances. Celebrity hype-man Sheye Banks, comics Whale Mouth and Sim Card with television personality Chioma Assurance hosted the event.
Squeeze Tarela proved once again that he worthy of the record killah moniker as he thrilled, moved, and serenaded with songs from his arsenal of hits. Tarela had three sets, which ranged from materials from his Record Killah Series – Badman Loving (If Refix) to Showers of Blessing to his recent gems – Bend, Hottest Thing, Cocoa Butter and Better.
Guest in attendance included; Sarz, Ubi Franklin, Adasa Cookey, Dr. Dolor, GospelOnDeBeatz, Project Fame winner Jeff Akoh, Chike from The Voice Nigeria etc.
