US based Afro fusion artiste, Chris Akinyemi aka Chris A, takes this episode of The Grill on TooXclusive TV.
Fresh off a record deal signing with fast-growing music company, Temple, and a banging collabo with Afro-house music Queen, Niniola on the single Ja’Soro, Chris A who happened to be in Nigeria briefly for some strategic link-ups, stopped over for a chat where he shared extensively with the team on his Nigerian experience as well as music matters.
We touched on issues ranging from his interest in the Afrobeats genre to discussions on artistes like Niniola, Olamide and Cynthia Morgan. Chris A also talked a bit on some of his favourite things about the Nigerian music industry, why he’s not looking to change anything about it, and a wishlist for events he so desires to happen on his music career hustle.
