Despite Davido‘s successes, it appears that even his team members are now running out of patience, as it has taken longer than anticipated for Davido to release his new album.
This was further evidenced when the singer`s official hypeman, Special Spesh took to his Instagram page recently with a post highlighting his frustrations. In his post, he revealed that after waiting for so long, the fans were growing impatient and he was tempted to leak one of Davido`s tracks just to appease them.
It is no doubt that Davido is loved and cherished by his fans, but their anticipation for new music, and especially for the coronavirus-inspired 4th studio album he has been teasing for a few months now, is quite intense. One of the reasons that the wait has been so long seems to be the artist`s preference for perfection in his work, but with the pressing demands of his fans, Davido may have to either rely on his team members to help him craft perfect songs or simply give in to the pressure and release his songs quicker so as not to further dissatisfy his supporters.
