Ace music producer and record label boss, Don Jazzy details why he used someone like Portable as a case study for his artists. During a recent interview, the prominent producer gave an insight into why he used street musician, Portable to teach his artists the importance of social media presence.
According to Don Jazzy Portable, when Portable hit the limelight with the help of Olamide, he did not relent. He kept giving his audience exactly what they craved, and the algorithm favored him. Before we knew it, he successfully garnered over 1 million Instagram followers. Jazzy stated that this is exactly what he tells his artists, to make sure they are active on social media and make their pages interesting.
