eLVeektor, born Ogbu Valentine Tochi is a fast-growing indigenous rapper from Enugu State, Nigeria and a graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

eLVeektor first came to light as a top ten finalist of Vector`s KingKong contest after which he was invited for the Hennessy Artistry Cypher 2015 alongside Vector, iLLBliss, Loose Kanyon, Jesse Jagz etc. He is (arguably) the next best thing from 042, and while he stays geared up for the release of his official single due next month, he dishes out a Davido cover (as re-produced by BenJamz Illbeat) from his #BeatKillerSeries collection.
