“I Dropped Out Of School Because Of 20,000 Naira” – Ice Prince

Ice prince has revealed that he dropped out of school back in the days just because of twenty-thousand naira.

Ice Prince in a recent interview with PM News where he was invited to talk about his new book; “The Nigerian Dream,” revealed that the reason for writing a book is for people to know a lot of things that they do not know about Ice Prince. It is in the interview that he dislcosed that he left school just because of not being able to afford twenty-thousand naira.

“First of all, this book is dedicated to everyone who loves Ice Prince, everyone who looks up to him or wants to be better than him. There are certain little details you probably won’t know about me. You probably won’t know I dropped out of school for some N20,000 back in the days.

“Growing up in Jos at some point, I had to make palm sandals and be a table attendant to survive. Little things like that and more are detailed in this book.”

Ice Prince’s music career hasn’t been really amazing like the days of “Oleku,” but he is gradually getting back to form his latest single featuring Phyno and Falz; “Feel Good.”
