VIDEO: Why We Shutdown The EME Label – Banky W Reveals

The TX video team caught-up with Banky W at the album listening event for Skales‘ third album titled “Mr Love“ where he hailed the one-time Empire Mates Entertainment (EME) signee on the amazing musical growth and all-round career success he has experienced since advancing from his position at the label.

Banky W spoke highly of Skales and how far he has come right from the days he was a rap fresher. He shared on Skales’ zeal, how he always wanted to do more, and why it is aptly deserving for him to be celebrated especially in such a time as this. He also talked on the new direction of the EME company; why the music unit was shut down and how they are giving room for other aspects in business including talent management and media marketing, which the company has delved into.
